collected for SMS consent (your phone number and any related metadata) is
used only for the purposes described below and is not shared with third
parties for their marketing.
Types of Texts You May Receive
Conversational Messages – one‑to‑one replies initiated by you or
our staff (e.g., case‑specific Q&A).
Transactional Reminders – appointment confirmations,
payment notices, document‑signing requests, court‑date alerts, and
other service‑related updates.
Marketing blasts are not sent through this program.
Message Frequency
Frequency varies with your case status and interaction level but will
generally be fewer than 2 messages per week. You will not receive
promotional campaigns.

plan for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered
messages.

Checking the SMS consent box on our website forms and submitting
your phone number; or
Replying YES or START to an invitation text message from us.
Opt‑Out
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Lotter Law text.
You will receive one final message confirming your request.
You may also call or email us using the contacts below and we will remove
you manually.
